I thought some here would be interested in the words spoken, the content, and far be it from me to try to persuade any who are sold that their political belief is he most viable one, regardless of reality.

Folks who cannot see the reality need not be pestered to reform at all.
They simply must be defeated. It is really that simple.

Your video is still there, and nobody is censoring your posts.  It'd show at the bottom if we had; it says something like "last edited by RopeFiend" when one of us touches your posts.  

In general, the only time we modify content is to fix a broken link, if we can see the problem.  That didn't happen here, so if the video disappeared and reappeared then it's not us, could be anywhere between you and Youtube.

It was probably a software glitch, or maybe the internet just burped.

As for the video, there were grains of truth in it, but it hardly covered the whole picture.  I can see the forest even if there are a few trees in the way.

I can agree with a LOT of what he's saying in the video.  It's actually one of the reasons that I switched colleges and relocated halfway across the country.  It was actually, it IS actually such a big problem that the school I'm enrolled in next semester issued a letter stating that they opposed many of the issues he is bringing up:

But the thing is, he's using the word "Liberal" and it's not liberals that are doing it...the people that he is talking about are going after liberals just as much as they are conservatives.

There is a slogan that they started that the conservatives adapted for use to mock the movement: #liberalsgetthebullettoo

And it's NOT the Democratic Party.  There are still plenty of Democrats that aren't on the extreme end of things, that listen to reason, that still advocate for the very things that he originally stated as why he joined the party....

...but there are extremists, and he's right, those extremists are authoritarian and NOT egalitarian as they say they are.  And they are the vocal part of the Democratic party at the moment...like the TEA Party was for the GOP.

It's certainly NOT liberals that are the problem...in actuality they are probably the solution.

And it is NOT the Democratic Party that is the problem, but they have a problem in ignoring the extremists and allowing them to hijack the movement.

The problem is the Identitarians and the faux progressives that are demanding total capitulation to every idea and tactic that they decide to back at that moment.  THOSE people are the problem.

And the solution would simply be for the Democratic Party to walk away from them and embrace actual liberals again.

I would not say extreme, I would say more social-democratic.

Extreme is relative.  Extreme compared to what it used to be?  Sure.

But it is still conservative compared to political parties in the rest of the developed world.

Social Democrat would be more inclusive though...they seem to be trying their hardest to exclude and divide.

I wouldn't think a Democratic Socialist, a real one, would protest the ACLU for supporting free speech, or hit people with bicycle locks, or prevent people from speaking through the use of violence.  I really have a hard time believing that Antifa is a Democratic Socialist group.

And I really have a hard time believing that a lot of the other movements, though started with good intentions, are egalitarian enough to be socialistic in nature.

Antifa is very extreme, anarcho-syndicalist even.  Hardly mainstream Democrat, and if you called them Democrats they would likely be insulted.

Well that would be my point when I said it wasn't Democrats or Liberals, but the extremists that need to be walked away from.

Unfortunately it's their voice that is being heard in everything.
