Got the outdoor Christmas lights all ready to go for the season. 11 degrees C with no wind is much easier to work in than -20C and a blizzard (done it too many times). I won't actually turn the lights on until 1 December. But it feels good to get it done.

It just makes my day coming to KB and getting to experience our talented and intelligent members.   I'm not just talking about Herschel here, it's everybody.  Too many people and instances to point to.
