100 Happy Days - A prompt I've seen pop up on my Facebook page for a while now, but as I don't use FB like others, as in to post about the everyday going ons in my life. I wondered would it work here.

The idea is you post about something that makes you happy for 100 days straight.

From the website http://100happydays.com for people who are doing the challenge with photos and through social media.

I'm going to give it a go, from what I can see the only thing you have to do is say what number day it is and what made you happy ~ simples ;D

I'd like to try it.   It'll force me to come in to the KB forum, and not disappearing for a week/month.    Maybe it will also help me to notice things that make me happy, and while remembering that happy feeling so that I can post it here, will keep a positive mood.   Guess when this experiment is over I can look back on it and offer more positives about it.   So...

Day#1   - Happy that I'm going to the Detroit Tiger game with my daughter tonight.   First time to a game since mid-April.

And a Woo for another great thread creation, Ms. W.

Day 1... Managed to walk nearly a quarter of a mile today on these damned crutches... Not so much pain... great start... Now to try and sleep through the night...

Day #2 -  Was surprised by a life long friend today when she and her husband knocked on my front door.   I have not seen them in 8 years, as they have been living in Arizona.

Sounds like fun. I'm going back a few days to start:

Day 1 (Aug 1) : Start of long weekend

Day 2: Long 4-wheeler ride with family

Day 3 : Long ride home but no fighting and stopped and went shopping

Day 4 (Aug 4) : Fresh start at work.

Days 2 and 3 - Getting a surprise visit from a sister who lives out of town and that I only see maybe once every two years. Was fun.

Day 4....   spotted a Monarch butterfly today.    Normally I would not have noticed, but I saw on the news a couple of weeks ago that they are very scarce in Michigan because of the late spring.   So, I was happy for the little guy for making it this far North.

Day 4... remembering the fallen from the first world war that began 100 years ago today... remembering too all their loved ones left to mourn... all the terrible casualties so now praying for all hostilities to cease and bring peace to the world forever more... Please!
