temporary subject change to.....What's going to make your WEEKEND?

Getting out of town Friday after work and heading to St Louis.  Checking out all StL has to offer on Saturday and Sunday, including a tour of the Anheuser Busch facilities, zoo, science center, the Arch.   Then on Monday traveling to DeSoto  to get in the dead center of the eclipse shadow path.

Debuted my Swede! Oh wow!

The target below is iron sights at 50 yards! I am so excited about this rifle.it's a 2 inch group, about 2 minutes of arc.

Last day with my heart monitor.  Took off the electrodes and leads for the last time (I hope).

Survived my quadruple by-pass and ablation.  Zipper Club member now, but a hell of a lot better than the alternative.  So fuck you death.  I'm feeling better, enjoying life, and plan to squeeze some more enjoyment out of my days.
