Yesterday was Jussie Smollett's sentencing in Chicago for being found guilty of faking a homophobic attack on himself. He was sentenced to 150 days in jail and ordered to repay the costs the Chicago Police Department incurred investigating the case.  This case brought shame to the county's State's Attorney for influencing the investigation. It wasn't until a court appointed investigator found substantial evidence to try Smollett was he then brought to trial.

So flipping hot in the Keys today.  OMG!  And not a cloud in the sky.

We're all packed and ready to begin our drive back north over the next 4(ish) weeks.

A client complains that his wife really had problems registering on his website, which is totally understandable if she has brain made if cheese.

So, I change nothing, delete my user, and make a video of the registration process.

That's perfect. That's such a slick experience.

The number of times, when I worked in IT support, that was quite common. My clients seemed to think I was a mind reader. You know the type. Those who send an e-mail saying my computer doesn't work. Nothing else that might give you an idea as to what to address. I'm so glad those days are over for me.

Will finally be getting out of the hospital today! Been a long haul, came in Thursday with mild chest pains. Ended up with two stents, which is normally not that serious.

Problem came from the "clarifier" used to help see what they were doing. Potassium levels were very high in my body and that's kept me here all this time.

Haven't been able to stay in touch. Hard to get phone recharged. I'll see more of you later. :emot_kiss:

Praying for you my friend. My first heart attack, I got one stent on a Friday. I was back at work on Monday. The second heart attack, the one with surgery, I was in the hospital for over three weeks, and really didn’t feel back to normal for six months. And I can’t imagine going through anything involving the heart with a cancer battle in progress. So I’m praying for you. Keep in touch. Wishing you the very best.

So I'm hearing that the Senate just passed a bill to make daylight savings permanent. That would be fantastic to jot habe to worry about changing clocks ever six friggin months.  I might miss that gained hour in fall, but I also believe that I'll forget about it before it even happens :emot_laughing:
