Will joan stand with her fellow Washingtonians for DC statehood and voting representation in Congress, or would adding 2 Dems to the Senate and a Dem voting member to the House stick in her craw?
DC has more people than Wyoming or Vermont, so it’s only fair.
Article says 64% of U.S. citizens are against DC statehood, but they don’t live there. I can’t help but think that attitude has nothing to do with fairness of proper representation in our government, and people just think it’s too small to be a state. And they don’t have any cows outside of Woodley Park.
