Vance Byrd here. I've tried my hand at writing erotica, but concluded I'm more of a reader. Having been a reporter and editor, I do care about spelling and grammar, but I will excuse lapses if they come with an imaginative story and good characters.
I find this a remarkable place in cyberspace, where one can get to know the authors, as well as share and learn from other erotica fans.

We are in a transition at the moment, as we have updated our operating software, and tweaking the problems that arise. So board activity is likely to be subdued for a few days, certainly not our “normal” level of kinkiness.

Welcome to KB! I can relate to your desire to write. After High School I tried my hand at various forms of writing but felt I came up short often. In High School I had thought about Journalism but never tried to get into it.
It was erotic writing I found to be decent at. For years I wrote stories by hand for myself mostly, before I found KB almost eleven years ago. It helped my writing immensely. For starters, it forced me to actually finish a story I'd started! :emot_laughing:
We here at KB gave had a lot of new members want to write but say they can't for varying reasons. We encouraged them to do it and it always turned out decent. You should write something for us and I'm sure you'll find much positive feedback. Feel free to PM or check out my stories in the subforums of my Blog.
