It's happen all too fast. Gonna be 90s the next couple days. Just like winter does, summer doesnt want to let go!

Some trees are starting to change and I love the color but hate that summer's almost done yet again.

When I ended up in a leadership role at the office, I made it a point to make my rounds each morning and say good morning. Most people couldn't understand me, but the smile on my face when I walked by their desk with my coffee each morning as I said it, they knew what I was meaning to say.
3 of the other 4 co-owners took note and followed in my footsteps.  It changed the atmosphere of the office.  The other co-owner was a dipshit and was much like your boss. He went as far as to not entering the main doors, but instead through the rear door.  He left a year after I left.  Everybody says the office is a much happier place these days.
