I love rain.  Rain + wind, not so much.

Looks like another rainy night in Texas.  Stay safe Rope.  That frontal boundary is right on top of Dallas... thirty degrees warmer where I am.

Meh.  We got a little thunder when the system hit town this afternoon, but only light drizzle after that.  Temps took a 20F drop, though.  Looks like it's still snowing up in the panhandle around Amarillo.  The 2 hour drive home wasn't any fucking fun... none of the Madre Dios! drivers have functioning AC in their Honda Civics so their windows were fogging, slowing us to 15MPH average.  It'll be cool and wet for a while yet.

Wind-chilly.  Not really all that cold, but you still need at least a wind-breaker to trap a little heat.  Otherwise, it blows right off of you.

Howling wind here.  Of course, it is garbage collection day, so cans and trash blowing down the street.  I had two decorative window shutters detach from the wall.  A third one blown off the house.  So, waiting for winds to subside, so we can start cleaning up.  TGIF.

A very dry early fall turned into a horrendous rain and wind storm yesterday evening while we were out partying dressed as hippies.  My well is no longer dry, but now I have a flooded basement to deal with.

The power went out just as we were going to bed and came back on right after my Peruvian left for work around 5AM.  Poor girl left early so she could stop at her brothers and wash up a little.  Doesn’t matter if my well isn’t dry anymore.  If the power is out, the well pump is too.

Well, it's windy, and chilly, but after all the KBers complaining about snow, and ice, I can't feel too bad about it.

Cold. Icy. But the sun is out. By Monday it'll be 50 so it'll all be gone. But that was the weirdest Halloween I've ever had. Last Christmas: No snow at all. In fact Christmas eve was a beautiful day, almost like an early spring day. Halloween this year: Fucking blizzard, inches of snow.  It was 90+ degrees at the start of October now it's arctic.

still nice here during the day, in the low 80's, but nights are getting into the 50's.  I like it though because I can finally get some yardwork done without dying from the heat.

Cold and windy. Wind chills in the teens. Next week is predicted to be even colder. We could use some of Lois's weather right about now.  8)

I went out for a run around 6:15 this morning, and it was 33 degrees with a brisk wind.

Brrrrrrr....

November, it's one of those "Berrr,!" months, with "Berrrr!" right there in the name.

Oh well, it really pops the nipples out, so it's not all bad, am I right?
