I've been sitting on the bed waiting for my legs to wake up after my morning dose of pills. Finally got light outside and what do I see... white stuff all over the ground. Don't think it will amount to much but better go look for the paper before it's covered.

Cloudy and occasional rain all day. 44° tonight. 52° tomorrow. Fall in Texas is here. All the leaves will turn black and fall to the ground in the next two weeks.

Light layer of snow everywhere. It was rain snow mix last night that just went full snow on me. Not a lot, but enough to make driving home this morning interesting. Think I need new tires.

Our dusting of snow that was predicted turned out to be two inches. After a cold weekend, the temperatures will be in the upper 40s. A heat wave.  8)

Winter is here with a vengeance after a mild start to the month. Temps have dropped to upper teens and are expected to stay down there.

That feels bad enough but.the 20 mph winds make the wind chill feel like zero. Will be staying inside today.

It's the same here. Maybe a tad warmer but with strong winds, the wind chill makes it very cold.

Ditto. Summer held on and kept reminding us shed be back with the random 70° days, but autumn finally took over only to be steamrolled by friggin winter. Just like Christmas does to Halloween and thanksgiving, it just pushes it's way in even though NOBODY IS READY FOR IT!! 🖕❄

I have a small space heater under my work space that keeps me nice and toasty at work, and I definitely needed it last night.

Not sure if I've ever said this before, but I love my heated seats.

36° (2°) this morning and raining. So it is a damp cold. I got up for extra blankets and to turn on the furnace.  I am wearing sweats. I never wear sweats.
