We had just gotten snow, and I drove passed a guy shoveling his driveway in shorts and tshirt.

Dan will go out without a jacket, but that's about it.

We've reached the saturation point for snow. On Thursday the city.of Minneapolis will enact parking on only one side of the street.

We've had over 50 inches of snow so far, the normal snowfall for a season. There's still a lot more winter ahead.

It's been a few years since this parking ban has been needed. Barring a major thaw the parking restrictions could last until April 2st.

Thank you guys for stealing the snow :) all we have is rain currently, you can keep the snow :) Though seriously I hope you all stay safe and warm, and I am sorry you have to endure all that snow, still don't want it back though.

We have been spared this winter, until yesterday and this morning.  More snow and frigid temps coming in over the weekend.

Today marks the 56th anniversary of the blizzard of 1967 that paralyzed Chicago for days. Think we had 23 inches the first day, then more after.

We've been enjoying warmer than normal January temps this month. January is usually the coldest month of the year. Instead we've had temps.in the thirties. Balmy compared to normal weather.

That's changing. Cold weather moving in with single digits in the day and below zero at night. The good thing is February is around the corner. That means only three or four months of winter. :facepalm:

Same here. Wind chills are around 5 degrees this morning. Next week will be very cold.
