Starting the day at 11 degrees right now
 After several days in the 40s, high today only 32.

The good news is the slow melting has opened the streets up enough that the one side parking restriction is being lifted. Residents.can once again park.on both sides of the street.

Currently 25° but I'm seeing 50° in the very near future. 50° in March is bikini weather!

RAIN!!! We have rain falling. Not snow but actual liquid drops. Temps still below normal, only in mid 30s but that's enough to bring rain...stuff you don't have to shovel. OK, my neighbors doy shoveling for me but I'm happy for them to get a break.

Besides not getting snow, the rain is helping to melt our huge piles of snow. Already I can see large areas of my lawn.

Now if we can get some sun and warm temps.

Rain yesterday evening which turned to freezing rain last night and back to rain this morning. Driving us a pain in the ass, but I've got all wheel drive and heated seats so it isnt too bad. How did people ever go anywhere in the winter before heated seats?

Have I ever mentioned how much I love my heated seats?

After 4 months in Florida, I have used heated seats for the last week in Michigan.  The massaging heated back is like heaven.

We have a dusting of that evil white cold crap and it's making driving an absolute nightmare. Rain, freezing rain, more rain, snow.

Well, just happy to not be getting snow. 
But this rain.  Ugh. 

Dan went out to do the tires and wheels on the cars   Was dry but 55.  .  He was back in 30 minutes later soaking wet.  Raining again   Cold cold rain. He hopped right in the shower. 

Forecast looks pretty much the same for the next week.

Too close to the truth. Pot holes are worse than ever this year. Lots of freezing and warming. Now on top of the pot holes they're covered by snow so you can't avoid them.

Friday was such a beautiful Autumn (here) day, I took myself to the beach for a few hours, water still warm enough to jump straight in.

Sunday morning now and sitting indoors with the heat on looking at the rain that's been going on since yesterday. Fuck's sake.

55 now at 7:30am. Going up to 70 this afternoon. And with that temp comes the bad weather. Talking tornados, high winds and  heavy rain. Flood warnings in effect for multiple areas.

Took the trash out a while ago. Wind was really blowing like a typical March day. Ok, I see the calendar. Minnesota stays at least a month behind schedule with the rest of the country.

Along with the wind there were snow flurries flying around, nothing serious. It's been in the 30s, however, by the weekend 60s. WOO Mother Nature!

Then moving on to Tuesday... first 70s since, um..my memory isn't good for that long ago  :emot_laughing:
Typical, an endless winter and a switch is flipped and out come the shorts and T-shirts.

It was colder in my garage than outside.  Opened the garage door and stepped outside and it was 15 degrees warmer.  So strange. 

The sunset right now with the light clouds is giving off a strong pink tint right now.  Very pretty.
