What about all those comic book covers from the 40's and 50's with Captain America?

These were made in vain for the purpose of setting the tone for both films. First one has a 1940s look to it because the story was set in the 40s during World War 2 and the other has a James Bond movie poster look cause the film was like a political spy thriller, but set in the comic book movie universe.
