I’ve been sporting a ‘stache for about 15 years. It may be my imagination, but it seems like judges and juries take me more seriously. You can see from the photo, I have rather youthful skin, with very few wrinkles. But the gray mustache makes me look like a slender Wilford Brimley.  Diabeetus.

On the topic of hair colouring, I did it once and was blonde for a while. It really didn't suit me. Mrs JBRG used to colour her hair to cover up the grey. She hasn't done that to her hair for several years. The mix of grey and various shades of brunette have many women asking where she gets her hair coloured. They, apparently, are very jealous when she says that's her natural hair.

My dad has been calling me repeatedly today to make sure I'll be coming by for the packers postseason game.

"Packers packers packers"

"Its preseason dad, calm down"

"PACKERS!!"

If I dont answer his silly.little.phone call he sends me texts.  He is by far the biggest goofiest kid I know right now. Oh, and since he threw out his old jersey, he's been sporting his new on almost all week #29 Douglas

I sent Julie a joking text saying she needs to get control of her man. She says he's been all smiles all day.

Back in my early 20's I had a span of a few years where my hair was every color but natural.  Blue, orange, red, purple, pink, gray on purpose, white, black, leopard spots, you name I did it.  The only reason I stopped dying it was I stopped cutting it and let it grow out.  Longest it got was the middle of my back.  Had it long until my early 30's when I realized I was the bald guy with the pony tail.

It's preseason for the fans, too.  Need to get those drinking muscles and screaming throats in shape so we don't pull anything when it counts.  But there's 3 weeks of preseason games to get into shape.

First game is some light snacking of the good stuff for the first quarter, then calling in the cheap chips and beer.  Second game you use most of your tried and true treats, make sure they're good for the season. Final preseason game is drinking all the shitty beer that no one else drank for the last year.  This is the beer that would otherwise get cut, but they get a chance now to watch as the 7th stingers play.  Who knows, maybe one of those shitty beers will impress well enough to make the extended roster, see some special teams work when you run out of good beer or one of the games goes into overtime.  Or to toast the 100th "Is this Aaron Rodgers's last year in Green Bay?" story that gets posted by the 6th week of the season.

My new laptop showed up almost 3 weeks early.  A custom order MacBook Air with the M2 chip.  I still have a good amount of setup to do on it, but so far it's doing great.  Already faster than the previous and I haven't started the heavy lifting yet.

Going garage/yard saling today.  Not just any neighborhood yard sale.  This one is the M25 yard sale, 150 miles in length.

I haven't done it in a few years but it's just a fun drive along the edge of the thumb, with beautiful water views.  Dan and M have never done it.  M is bringing her new boyfriend. Lots of food trucks along the route also.

I'm old school, I still see websites that behave badly on tablets.  My iMac is 11 years old but I wouldn't be without it.
