Just be all the pervert you can be. Names will get tossed around at the end of the year, who members think are deserving, so all you do is sit back and see if you get nominated. I'm pretty sure 2016 was the first time my name was thrown in. :P

I agree with GG.

Though the final voting is democratic and thus, by definition, a popularity contest, if you read the posts in the nomination thread -- where people give their reasons for nominating the given KB member -- total posts plays little to no role. Board contributions over a longer period of time plays the biggest role, as the list of winners makes clear.
