It is sad that guns are more likely to kill in accidents or suicides than by good guys in self defense.

A Pembroke Pines man who tried to be an armed robber became a shooting fatality before dawn Sunday, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.

BSO says Stephon Brown, 34, walked into the Valero gas station at 2400 W. Sunrise Blvd. around 5 a.m. and pulled out a gun to rob the place. The clerk pulled out his own gun and fired, hitting Brown several times.

Brown managed to get out of the Valero and across Northwest 24th Avenue before falling on the sidewalk in front of a McDonald’s. Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue got Brown to a hospital, where he died.

The attendant at that gas station kissed his children, and spouse, as he returned home, and relished being with his family, and not dead on the gas station floor, following the attempted robbery that evening.

As his wife milked another cum from her devoted husband, she was so happy about the gift she gave him of the firearm that saved his life.

Their children, boys 3, and 6, will get to grow up with both parents.
NRA Training in Firearm Safety, and time he spent at the NRA Range to get proficient with his firearm, combined to save his life for his family.

A 58-year-old man in Spartanburg, South Carolina, died Wednesday morning after he allegedly took a swing at a concealed carry permit holder and was shot and fatally wounded.

Local station 106.3 WORD reports that the man, Russell David Berry, was seen on video allegedly waiting in a parking lot for an individual who was using an ATM in a QT convenience store.

As the man emerged from the QT and walked toward his car, Berry exited his vehicle and allegedly swung at the individual. The individual, a concealed carry permit holder who was armed, feared for his life, pulled his pistol, and shot one round.

Fox Carolina reports that that one round struck Berry in the abdomen and that Berry died a short time later while in surgery.

Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Kevin Bobo said that the sheriff’s office conferred with the solicitor’s office and determined the concealed permit holder’s actions resulted in a “justifiable homicide.”
