It seems my father's mother was the same way. My father, his brother and his sister all had different fathers. :P

Oh, you have no idea how amateur that is. My daddy is a slut beyond compare.

He called me last night with a "heads" up. get it?

Dad: Hey, kiddo, can't wait to see the new baby. By the way, one of your sisters wants to meet you.

Me: My sister already met me.

Dad: I mean a sister I made for you.

Me: Are you serious? Didn't we have a talk about condoms?

Dad: yes, but your advice fell on deaf ears.

Me: It always does with you.

Dad: I can tell you're upset.

Me: When am I not with you?

Dad: Look, she wants to meet you, are you cool with that?

Me: No.

Dad: Well I already told her you were.

Me: Figures. After all, I never did have much of a say when you wanted something from me.

Dad: Let's not bring that up.

Me: You never had a problem with doing that with me either.

Dad: Her mom will call you.

I hung up.

I was lied to today. The person did not know that I was fully aware of the circumstances surrounding the subterfuge, what that person was hiding, and the lie that overlaid it.

The trust that I had is severely damaged.

Going about my work (and typing a message on KB) when a window pops up saying that my computer will restart in 5 minutes and tells me to save my work.   No option to restart later, so I click OK.   Then, 4-1/2 minutes later a window pops up and a countdown from 30 starts.  No option to postpone.   5, 4, 3, 2, 1 ...Then  BALOOP, screen goes dark.    20 minutes to update and restart.  grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

To be fair, it's been asking for a reset since yesterday morning and I keep clicking the Restart Later button.

UGHHHH   what the HECK is going on

Now, in the middle of typing out a text, my iPhone decides to update the software.    I'm literally typing a message and a pop up says, "Updating software x.x.x in 5 seconds".   And it shut down, right in the middle of my typing.

Okay, maybe these things didn't ruin my day, but they surely ticked me off.

When your computer is your livelihood, never allow your children to use it. Somehow, they managed to mess up all of my Wi-Fi connections, and disable the drivers for my printers. I really could kill somebody right now.

Toe, it usually is the other way with us.  We screw up something on the computer, tablet, etc and then we have to ask one of our 7 or 8 year old grandchildren to undo what we had done.

TD - we love you.

What "ruined" my day yesterday was realising half way to work was that I had forgotten to shave. On the bright side, that was the worst thing that happened. So, it was still a pretty good day.

Being ignored.

Not by me. ;D

But yeah needing someone to acknowledge your existence and dealing with them not doing so sucks.

Actually sometimes it's cool to feel invisible and have people not acknowledge you're there. Because sometimes I'm just not in the mood to play Fifty Questions.

Being left the fk alone is GREAT when you want. Trying to interact and being ignored makes me have the feels. That or pee on her leg the next time we shower O-0 .
