My throat feels a little better.   I slept from 7:30pm yesterday to 7:40am this morning.   Lots of liquids. Chicken in chicken broth with brocolli 'rice'.  Veggies, Fruits.   And non-lethal doses of Alka Selzer cold & flu gel tablets.     Thank you for the warnings on that guys.  I read the directions carefully.  I won't overdo it.
Good news, I'm down 3 pounds from Thursday night.

Worked in the yard splitting some of my plants and moving them around.  Pool is sparkling clean, just cold.   Heater hasn't been turned on.  Too cold for that anyways.
     
Maybe a bike ride today.   I can't run.   My body is just too tired.

Because of my heart condition I thought it would be a good idea. In a video I tell my daughter how sorry I am for leaving her, and I know she grew up to be amazing anyway.

Dealing with a realtor.

We might buy another property dirt cheap that's been for sale for nearly 10 years and they're desperate to get rid of it. So desperate they're trying to make monthly payments for it at $528. The reason no one has bought it is because it's a small building that used to be the office of a cab business. It's surrounded by houses and no one cares to live in what used to be an office. But it has potential and my mom is interested in getting it if only for the property.

Fucking guy acted like a used car salesman. Even my new baby could tell he was full of shit. 

But a little girl who was playing next door stopped to talk to me and admire the new kid. So that was nice. Her mom was right there watching, as she should be.

Uh!     I hate this shit, especially when they're obviously covering up their deperation, because it's been sitting on the lot for a decade, so they try to paint it as anything but what it is:  A bargain basement PoS, but it's cheap!  That's the selling point:  The price.  You don't have to show me the "Vintage" window sills, just point out the fact that with the money you're saving, you can rent a bulldozer, and the guy to level it to the ground.
