As mentioned earlier this month, Vela was a huge help to us in February flagging stories that did not fit under the new rules. I can't thank her enough. There was some discussion earlier in the year about having her come on board as a moderator, but with things going on in my real life, I dropped that ball.
I can't express to you all how happy I am that Vela accepted the offer to join the moderator team. She has hit the ground running already.
