I love XM radio.      


XM76 (Symphony Hall) and XM74 (Met Opera Radio) are my two main presets.   Go ahead and laugh, I'm used to it.  My friends hate when I handle the dial in the car.  

I'll switch things up and put on XM 38 for the ride home for some Ozzy.

Not laughing!  Opera is definitely not my thing but you like what you like, nothing wrong with that.

I love that people can have such different tastes in somethings but can be so alike in other ways!

Audio Theater, eh.  We called it radio back when I was little.  I still have vague memories of shows before TV.  Mostly things like "The Shadow Knows" and the sound of Fibber Mcgee's closet being opened.  There is one show I still remember. It was Roy Rogers and Dale Evans.  Instead of a western they were called in to investigate a missing scientist friend.  He disappeared from a locked lab where he was working on something the fell to earth.  It ended leaving the impression that somehow aliens came for him.  I was pre-school then so it must have been some show to have left such a vivid memory.  There is nothing more powerful than the "theater of the mind".  The video can be a distraction if the story is really good.

I'll have to check into this.  I listed to audio books all the time, so this could be a new outlet for me.  Thanks CG for helping an old guy find something new. :emot_kiss:

I love Girl Scout Cookies.      Tagalongs are the best.   They just came out with S'mores this year, yet to try them, though I do have a box.     All 24 boxes are very well hidden at the bottom of the freezer.    I doubled my yearly purchase because every time I took one out, everybody else wanted one.   ugh!  They're mine everyone.  Sorry to be greedy.
