Its been almost a week since I've had an decent night sleep. I'm either waking up every hour or I wake up once and can't fall back to sleep. Not sure if it's my MS doing it or some other stresser. I know watcher has a theory, but I doubt that's it.

Just give me 4-6 in interrupted hours and I'll be thankful.
That's about me these days. 5-6 hours.
During my employment days I would get up at 4:45am. Well, I still wake up at 4:45am (without an alarm). I'll lay there to try and fall back to sleep, but if I'm unsuccessful I'll get up at 5am. I like to go sit outside by the pool with coffee and my ipad. Or I'll go for a walk. I always see wildlife at this time. We have two baby deer I see at least once a week. They have gotten so big over the last month.
If I don't go outside, but instead sit in our family room, I might fall back to sleep. That is the BEST. I just feel so good after a one hour nap. Yes a nap after getting out of bed. Usually comes after about an hour of sitting reading. Why can I fall asleep reading on the couch but not while laying in my bed?
