Can't remember the last time I got more than four or five hours of sleep in a night. Wake up at least twice a night and even at weekends I'm awake by 0630 at the absolute latest.

When I was in the Army I had a sergeant that would yell that "the human body only need 4 hours and 16 minutes to recuperate from day before, 8 hours is for the weak."

Yeah... we all hated that asshole!

Just had a heavy storm band go over my house.  Guess that means it's time to wake up.
Opened the back door for the dog to go out and she poked her head out briefly and said uh, nope...

Going to sleep is fine, but being woken up at dawn everyday makes me regret staying up so late.  :D
