Remi you need to create a game for guys only.

Full disclosure: I did not create the game for women (found here), I found it elsewhere on the net and posted it here.

I have modified the list to make it a little tougher for men. The original one was too easy for guys with things like lipstick and leggings that could easily be crossed off (for most of us).

The game is simple. Choose only 3 items from the list that you can't live without.

Coffee
Donuts
Barbecue Grill
Netflix
Jeans
Hair Gel
Microwave
Tea
Chocolate
Sweats (both pants and shirts)
Pizza
ESPN
Books
Game Console (Wii, PS et alia)

I hope you have fun with it.

I'm not a guy, (Okay, still a yX karyotype.) but if it were my list, I'd probably swap Tea for Beer.  Lots of guys drink tea, but guys are Known for drinking beer.

Also, I'm southern, and i live in Tx.  So, when you say Barbeque, you mean the food, or the grill?

What would I give up for the next six months?  Let's see:

Coffee?  Sure.  I never drink that foul stuff anyways.

Donuts?  Might miss those a little, but I could go without.

Barbecue Grill?  Winter is coming and barbecuing in the snow is no fun, so sure.  I might respond differently if it was April and not nearly October though.

Netflix?  I'll expand that to the internet in general, and yes, that is essential #1

Jeans?  All I ever wear, so I'll have to keep those.  Essential #2

Hair Gel?  Never use it.  I just keep it long enough to tie back.

Microwave?  Cooking would be a pain in the ass without one, so that's item #3.  I'd probably exchange it for the grill in the summer though.

Tea?  Rarely drink it.  Could easily go without.  Same goes for beer.

Chocolate?  I'd miss it, but I'd survive.

Sweats (both pants and shirts)?  Never wear them anyways.  Too hot inside, too cold outside (the wind goes right through them).  I do have an oversize pair that I put on over my jeans when it gets really cold out, but I'm sure I could find an alternative.

Pizza?  Another one I'd miss, but not enough to put it in the top 3.

ESPN?  Don't have it now.  Not a sports guy.

Books?  I do most of my reading on my computer or my phone, so not a big deal.

Game Console (Wii, PS et alia)?  Only real issue would be the complaints from other members of my household.  I'd be OK without.

You must have beer on this list.

For me it’s coffee, bourbon, and books.

Hmmm...

If we're limited to that list, I guess I'll have to live off pizza & coffee whilst sitting naked watching Netflix.

May not be the right place to ask, but since you mentioned it, what is your gender preference/identity, and do you present as a man or a woman?  Would you prefer to be referred to in the masculine/feminine or none of the above?

I'll say coffee, chocolate and books, but the jug of Bulleitt looks so good I'm gonna fix myself one right now (on crushed ice, squirt of lemon juice, splash of soda).

BBQ . . . . . . from my smoker.

Grill . . . . . . for steaks and such.

. . . . . . and like Psi I will never get how some people confuse BBQ and grilling?

Oh yeah, if the above still counts as one, pizza and books.

And I agree, where’s the beer and bourbon?

IDK how much we can digress here, but to me, BBQ=Smoked.  Yes, you can Barbecue a chicken, but you better throw some wood chips in there at least.  Brushing some Baby Rays on a leg quarter, and flipping it over charcoal ain't barbecuing, it's grillin'

Likewise, Pulled Pork sandwitches is leftovers.  Yeah, leftover Barbecue, but the Barbecue in North Kerrlina is called a Pig Pickin.  You stand around the roaster, with mops, gallon jugs of mop sauce, forks, and pocket knives, usually a fryer for the cracklin's.  It's a whole hog, or at least a quarter, so you're gonna have leftovers.

Calling them "Barbecue" is like calling a turkey sandwich, and a slice of pie "Thanksgiving."

For a lot of people outside the southern USA, "barbecue" and "grill" were synonymous until the food network told us that barbecue meant something else, and the use of "barbecue" instead of "grill" to describe an appliance with gas burners, lava rocks or metal heat spreaders and a cooking grate is still very common.

I’m not actually from the South, and like all issues of semantics, some folks just gotta learn.

For those who asked, I intentionally left -beer- off the list for the same reason I left -smartphone- off the list. Ubiquity.

Hope you had fun with it. I certainly enjoyed seeing your lists, and especially reading about the reasoning behind the items you chose.

I'd go with:
- Coffee
-Chocolate
- Game Console (PC)

PS.
The only way to grill meat is to use a wood fire. Using Gas or charcoal is a crime against humanity.  ;D

Jeans, chocolate, books. C'mon Remi, make it hard!

...Okay, I'll explain my choices. Then you'll see how difficult it was.

Coffee -> don't drink it
Donuts -> meh, I can live without
Barbecue Grill -> don't use it
Netflix -> a bit of a push, but I could live
Jeans -> decent trousers are hard to find (preference would be with cargos, but jeans are a close second)
Hair Gel -> don't use it
Microwave -> do use it a bit, but I can find ways around it
Tea -> don't drink it
Chocolate -> DO NOT GET BETWEEN ME AND MY CHOCOLATE!!!
Sweats (both pants and shirts) -> meh, don't really wear them
Pizza -> I can live without
ESPN ->don't watch it
Books -> too avid a reader, and gods help you if you stop me from using my textbooks
Game Console (Wii, PS et alia) -> when I got a PS3, I could see why you wouldn't want to live without it, but when I had hardware issues with it, I learnt how to lie without it
