Obi, since I am laid up I have the chance to watch a lot of soccer. Even watched the women's EP league, I guess they call it. I see Chelsea is on top of the league.
In the men's EP league, though, looks like Man City could be the team to beat . The last I heard, they were 7 points in front of ManU.
What has happened to Liverpool? I watched two matches they were in and they lost both after being ahead. Their keeper seems to lose focus in the second half.
Hello Watcher, I hope the recuperation is coming along well.
Chelsea ladies have a very strong team, recently lost their first game in eons.
Man. City have become very strong after an inauspicious start to this turbulent season. An article in today's Sunday Times has Guardiola praising his assistant, Juanma Lillo (no, me neither), as the real tactician behind the throne.
Pool and Spurs (sorry MissB, no not really
) have fallen off a cliff are leading the league. Pool just got beaten by Everton at Anfield for the first time in 22 years and have now lost four games in a row at home, this is the first time for nearly 100 years. Oh, how my heart ached for them! West Ham are showing a surprising run of form and are now in fourth position after today's games.
The lack of fans inside grounds is certainly causing a lot of away wins this season.
