Football has Thanksgiving and New Year's Day -traditionally, now the big bowl games are spread out.

Let The Association have one holiday Christmas season.  :P

Pops is a master of sarcasm.  It was an inside joke.  Duncan will likely be a great fit as an assistant with the Spurs. He understands Popovich’s system, knows what it takes to win, and has the fundamentals of playing the big man position down. It will be interesting to see if this position eventually leads to a head coaching job for the Spurs legend.

It truly is unbelievable.   60 million.   Even if the head coach gets $6 million.  Another $54 million to the school & program.  I know a lot of money the football and basketball programs help to fund the non money making sports, but still.   That is ridiculous money.
