College town, pop: 250,000 -300,000, middle class, but any establishment offering such a fare would not be appreciated. There is a place on the red river border that is in Texas, just barely. Always has a bunch of cars there.

Okay, but it's not necessarily just cock.  I mean, obviously if all you want is a dick, you can find a guy that's willing, pretty easily.  The Glory Hole fantasy can be a lot more specific than that, it might be the setting (Often a dirty restroom) the position, anonymity, or just something one always imagined, but couldn't find on their own.  Believe it, or not, an Active GH can be a lot harder to find than a willing gay, or bi-curious man.  Even when you find the hole itself, there's no way to assure that there's anyone on the other side.  You could wind up waiting a long time, and go home unsatisfied, if nobody else is there to share it.  There's actually quite a bit of luck involved, unless you arrange for it somehow ahead of time.  Hence the messages you've probably seen on bathroom stalls, "For a good time, call:  867-5309..."  Or saturday night, after the janitor cleans them, that sort of thing.
