Our authorities are totally outnumbered and overwhelmed. Fire Departments can't keep up with multiple fires and are blocked by rioters when trying to reach the scenes. National Guard troops are busy protecting the firemen as they try to control the flames.

It's a war zone. It appears many of the rioters and looters are from out of town.

Minnetonka?  I seriously doubt it.  There are protests in 30 cities.  I know Chief Arradondo said that, but I viewed it as crowd control measures and an appeal to citizenship, “these people aren’t even from here!”

It's just been announced the our Governor Walz has mobilized the entire Minnesota National Guard. This is the first time the entire guard has been called up since World War II.

 Don't know what that means in numbers. It's expected that 2500 troops will be on the street tonight.

The state has also requested help from the Pentagon now.

Don't know where they got numbers, but Goverthousandnor says there's 10 thousand rioters with 80 percent from out of state.
Could there be groups that have been laying in wait for something like this?

State officials said that around 80 percent of those arrested in the Twin Cities on Friday had come from outside Minnesota.

John Harrington, commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, said there were approximately 40 arrests across St. Paul and Minneapolis on Friday night. He said some of those protesting had been linked to white supremacist groups and organized crime.

So 80% of 40 people equals 32 people.

KARE, a Minneapolis television station, found that such claims may not be accurate. The station reviewed all of the arrests made by Minneapolis-based police agencies for rioting, unlawful assembly and burglary-related crimes from Friday to Saturday and found that 86 percent of those arrested listed a Minnesota address.

Antifa, Back Lives Matter, other similar groups are not "right wing", but extreme left wing, in American political affiliation and support, even though many do not actually bother to vote.

These are Anarchy oriented, anti Govt, anti Authority, pro Chaos paramilitary groups, portions with more training than other portions, dangerous, and capable as one can see in this instance.

The Anarchists were around, agitating all day, and systematically removing the fencing and finding ways to allow the Police Station area to be breeched. At dusk, suddenly the 'set' of protestors shifted to a black masked, dressed, and more organized military style 'set' of Rioters, who completed the Breech of the station, went on to burn it all down.

They met little effective resistance, save those Officers attempting to protect their own lives who were in the way of the Antifa Terrorists.

Neighbors been checking on us. Everyone getting garbage and recycle bins out of alley. Grills with propane tanks too... anything flamable.
Also have garden hose hooked up. Safe instead of sorry.

Thanks Chirp. We have a close neighborhood. We'll stand together. General feeling is they'll leave residential areas alone. But, who knows what may happen once they've burned and looted all the businesses.

Nearly 250 building destroyed or damaged as of last count. Tonight is still ahead of us.

We're buttoned at home. Curfew has been in effect for half hour. Large number of people still out. Darkness will be on the city soon.  That's when the creepy crawlers come out of their holes.

Blackhawk helicopters have been flying over On regular patrols.
More National Guard troops have been added to the already large number of law enforcement officers.

I fear what the news will be when I wake in the morning.  So far there's only been one death and injuries minor. The heightened tensions feel like we're sitting on a powder keg with a short fuse.

Second day of protests and looting. Curfew was put in effect from 9pm to 6am Sunday. Protesters are mostly young and of every race. Violence is confined mainly to downtown along Michigan  Ave. Police vehicles are being graffitied with all types of swear words and set on fire.

Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds.
