You know what they call a cheeseburger in France?  Grin

Some classic lines from that movie.

He said Quarter Pounder w/ cheese, not cheeseburger.  And it’s Le Big Mac.

‘What do they call a Whopper?’
‘I dunno, I didn’t go to Burger King.’

I stand corrected.

Vincent:
And you know what they call a... a... a Quarter Pounder with Cheese in Paris?

Jules:
They don't call it a Quarter Pounder with cheese?

Vincent:
No man, they got the metric system. They wouldn't know what the f*** a Quarter Pounder is.

Jules:
Then what do they call it?

Vincent:
They call it a Royale with cheese.

Jules:
A Royale with cheese. What do they call a Big Mac?

Vincent:
Well, a Big Mac's a Big Mac, but they call it le Big-Mac.

Jules:
Le Big-Mac. Ha ha ha ha. What do they call a Whopper?

Vincent:
I dunno, I didn't go into Burger King.

Let's do some "we shouldn't be doing this" things

When a teacher is assigning a project to the class and tell them it's an important assignment and will... "count for 75% of your grade."

What the hell is the point of doing anything else in the class if the one project is a make or break situation.

Anything with David Spade.   Ick,  I really don't like him or his horrible acting.

Joe Dirt, Grownups, Loser, The Do-Over, ugh.  My skin crawls.  He makes Martin Short look like George Clooney.

He makes Martin Short look like Laurence Olivier.

He makes Paul Reubens (Pee Wee Herman) look like Christopher Plummer.

Actually, David Spade kind of reminds me of Pee Wee Herman.

Did David Spade hang out in the men's washrooms in public parks like PeeWee? Grin Grin

Almost any conflict involving a misunderstanding that could be easily solved if the parties involved stopped and clearly spelled out what happened or what their problem was. It's amplified by bad dialog arrangement where the script writers seem to go out of their way to make either party too obtuse to get to the point, just to ensure there's a conflict so the whole thing feels unnatural and contrived.

Very rarely is it ever written in a manner that makes sense for the misunderstanding to persist, and I find myself exhausted and annoyed the longer the conflict is drawn out.

I can hardly watch a crime detective drama any more.  There are so many of them:  NCIS, Law & Order, Chicago PD, Hawaii Five-O, Magnum.  A number of those have 3 to 5 spin offs.  First, they are all the same.  Second, they are utterly predictable, and finally... the worst dialogues imaginable.  Just makes me want to pull my hair out.

Is that one irritating?  I loved it back in the day... but that was about 8 years ago.  The first seasons were set in Dallas in the 80’s, which is when I lived there.  They would reference places that I used to hit... Sushi on McKinney, Sfuzzi, Cardinal Puffs...

But they are still inclined to cast baddies with very poor aim  Grin

I can recommend "Line Of Duty", if you have not already seen it.
