What nobody ever told me is that it would hurt, literally hurt, for a moment every time I got up or stood up. Then I’m fine, but jeezy crackers! What’s the point of that?

I absolutely detest the fact that I struggle to stand up from a seated position on the ground. And I grunt when I do. Holy fuck, when did I get this old?
