There is a lottery lawyer in Florida that also creates LLCs, with he as a member.  In the state of Michigan only one members name must be made public.  So the identity of the actual winner can stay  anonymous. This happened in the $1 billion Michigan jackpot win.

Florida also has a bit of an anonymous window. Enough time to secure the annunity option through some lawyers I happen to know. The wife and I only need say a mil. Park the rest of it in annunities and create one that deals specifically for the taxes in the following years. ;D
