How come in the change a letter thread, when I post it shows:

I’m an administrator, so I see everyone’s IP address.

Privacy settings on the forum prevent you from seeing other peoples’ IP addresses. But you can see your own IP address. So the only persons that see your IP address is yourself, the moderators, and the administrator.

That’s the reason you don’t see other peoples’ IP address.  Log out and look again. You won’t see you own IP address until you log back in.
