Thorns so deep
A pain that doesn't cease
How they hurt me so
Days gone by
Still in my mind
Will I ever learn
Knowing I'm wanted
Our pasts still there
I need to grow
One day soon
I will know
He will guide me

I found this among my poems, I wrote it about 5 years ago, how times have changed
