"Left Behind" (2014 version) - my new* worst film ever, although it does make me perversely want to watch the sequels and the 2000 version just to see if they can be as bad.  What was Nicholas Cage thinking of subjecting himself to this rubbish?

*since you asked, the previous worst film ever was "Armageddon".

Is that the movie about “the Rapture”?  The crazy evangelicals get positively wet dreaming about leaving all the sinful people on earth, and what happens in its wake.  I just find it pathologically sick.  And we have so many of these basket cases in Congress, and even the Supreme Court.

Yes, not only is the premise batshit crazy, it's the appalling production values.

I revise my opinion on Armageddon (but not by much).  I have just remembered I foolishly agreed to go and see "Hello Dolly" at the cinema, I tried to get to sleep during it.  :emot_bottomspank:

Princess, would you like to see it light up and hum when I wave it about

Kong vs Godzilla just debuted on HBOMAX today. As expected, great special effects. Roeper gave it 3 stars and I agree with him.

Fever Pitch on Prime Video. 2005 Rated PG-13

If you like baseball you might like this movie. If you like rom-coms, you'll probably like this movie. If you like both, you should definitely watch this movie.

Jimmy Fallon stars as Ben Wrightman, middle school math teacher by vocation, Red Sox fanatic by avocation. Drew Barrymore is Lindsey Meeks, a professional woman in a high stress job. At the age of "20+10" she has nothing to show for it except a career. Boy meets girl and off we go...

If I've ever seen a movie with a sappier ending, I can't recall it, but I like watching feel good movies that have happy endings and this one was fun to watch.

I was inordinately fond of a sitcom called “Superstore.”  It was about the employees of a fictional big box retail store called Cloud 9.  This was the final year, and I had the series finale on my DVR.  Not M*A*S*H, but I honestly shed a tear, because the characters were all quite funny, snd the cast played off each other so well.  There is very little television I care to watch.  I’ll miss this show.

Netflix's Stowaway, starring Anna Kendrick.  Great shots of the inside of a space station.  Unlike Gilligan's Island, this was not a three hour tour but a two year mission to Mars. The big question that remained after watching the movie was How? If you do watch the movie, you will understand.

Binged the first few eps of Kung Fu. Lost interest in ep. 4 due to wokeness. Everybody is gay or bi curious, every company is up to no good. In ep. 2 she takes down a crime lord and there's no repercussions? No drive bys? No executions of family members? Not in touch with reality and I am over the age of 12 EQ.

And to think that high priced piece of fish you ordered really wasn't the fish that was advertised..  Have they gotten into that story yet?  But I can understand the horror of fish and mammals becoming snared in the nets of fishing fleets, many dying needlessly.

No, 20 minutes in, had to turn it off.  We will resume when our youngest is not in the room.
