This is my very first attempt at writing any thing even close to poetry but I wanted to try it.  Any constructive criticism is welcome

Extension to my neck
Creaks in his grip
Jingles at my throat

Waiting, waiting, waiting
Patience is needed
Patience is required
No act untold

Quick jerk of the arm
Eager to obey
Snap of the leash
Desire to please

Snug supple leather
Tugs at my neck
Pulls at my nature
Actions formed by his needs
