"Scoop" on Netflix.  The story behind getting that disastrous interview with Prince Andrew.

Princess, would you like to see it light up and hum when I wave it about

It has taken me about a month, but I have now binge watched all 25 season of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

BAH DUM!

We’re gonna need a bus!

Put a rush on that rape kit!

Want to go have a drink?

My father was a rapist.

“The Idea of You.” Ann Hathaway on Prime. She is so smoking hot. I wonder how many pant seams her smile has ripped. *Spoiler Alert* thirty something mom falls for 24 year old singer in a boy band. Loved it.

Walked in to the room as M was watching YESTERDAY.  Watched the rest of it with her. Love it, mainly for the music.

Dan wants to watch BLONDE tonight.

Both are on Netflix.

Just finished "Ripley" on Netflix.  A new version of "The Talented Mr. Ripley" and much much better than the Matt Damon film.  Shot in black and white for increased atmosphere/tension and 8 episodes allowed it to be much closer to the book than the film was. Hope they do the other two Ripley books in the same vein.

Watched The Great Wall  on Netflix. Had never heard of it but really liked it. Now watching the Hellboy remake on there. It’s not bad but not as good as the originals.

I watched the new Hellboy as well. I enjoyed it better than the other two that came out, but I'm biased and have a lady boner for David Harbour! At least before he got all scrawny in the last season of Stranger Things.

Watched "The Birdcage" this afternoon and still continue to laugh just as hard as all the other times I've seen it. It's a casting director's dream cast.

Putting Nathan Lane with Robin Williams add Gene Hackman as an uptight politician and it was a no lose combination. Even knowing what's coming I still LMAO.

Been watching the series, Bodkin, on Netflix. Two American podcasters travel to a small village in Cork County, Ireland in search of finding answers to a long past murder.  Not too bad as a series goes, but if they removed the "F" word from the dialogue, there would be about half the dialogue.

Agree, directors of programs made for streaming sites seem to revel in it. I find it most tedious.

I have to admit I turn the air blue around the house and it's mostly a bad habit. I do keep under control when out in public.

Even with my own bad language, I find some of these cable shows excessive. Worst, many times they don't even use the F___ word correctly. It's just tossed in without any thought.

We enjoyed Only Murders In The Building immensely (also Murder Mystery Podcasters).   Bodkins, couldn't get into it. We watched episode 1 and called it a day.

I miss "Only Murders in the Building". We were watching it on Hulu and thought it was very funny and well done.

Then Hulu sent us an Email. As we were connected by Tivo, they were cutting us off.

Even after that Hulu still sends us Emails asking us to please return.

SAY WHAT...WTF!!!

A new TV series called "Dark City —The Cleaner" was made on location in Christchurch, NZ, so I gave it a try. The only places I recognized were the Avon River and the central police station. So much has changed since I was there, partly the passage of time, partly a series of earthquakes. I'd love to go back some day, though I doubt it will happen.

You are just a thought that someone, somewhere, somehow feels you should be here.

Have you watched The Brokenwood Mysteries on Britbox? It is a New Zealand television series.  Pretty good episodes.

Yes. Love it. We watched the series several months ago.
We were surprised a few weeks ago when a new episode popped up.

We were so happy to see another season was released. Amazon is being stingy dropping one episode at a time.
Our favorite is the Russian medical examiner. She gives the chief detective all her attention giving the other two a chilly reception. Makes a good running gag.

We've enjoyed several other New Zealand shows too. They produce some good stuff.
