Fight with Dan this morning.   Our first REALLY big argument.   And when he walked out of the room after saying something mean, I got in my car and drove to work for the day.   

I caught up with my work and then did some stuff on KB.   And as usually happens, when I check suspect underage images of some posts I get to looking at 'related' pictures in the google results.
So I dragged some into my imgur.   So I'll post a few when I get time.

Real productive day.

But, I did get flowers at lunch.   Then a text apologizing.   I might forgive him.  well, probably, maybe after a few more nice gestures.   

No boys, don't suggest make-up sex.  I'm still pissed.

We don’t really have fights.  She’ll just get mad about something.  The last time she was mad was when she found out that if I went deer hunting and got one, I would bring it home and freeze the meat.  Apparently she thought I would shoot it and leave it in the woods.  I explained that would be both unethical and illegal and defeat the whole reason why I like to hunt.  She went on and on about how we didn’t have space and where would I do this acting like I had no clue what I was doing.  I pointed out we have a chest freezer and that this was something I’d been doing for nearly 40 years, so of course I know what I’m doing.

That’s really all our one sided arguments, her telling me I don’t know what I’m doing about something she’s completely unfamiliar with when I actually do know what I’m doing.

So she’ll say things like, ‘You make me mad.’
Whereupon I reply truthfully, ‘You make you mad sweetie.  I’m just there when it happens and get blamed for it.’

So, I’m not going hunting this year.

This was my mom.  She would be mad at my sister or me and daddy would eventually catch heck from her soon after.

My Peruvian is getting better.  She’s gradually getting mad less often with less severity and less duration.

She’s just used to men being very stupid and frequent liars, so it’s always an uphill battle convincing her I’m not.

Not sure she’s ever going to get used to my driving though.  I can tell when she doesn’t like a maneuver, she makes a hissing sound like a tire going flat.

4.5 for me, if you count that 28 day thing in Vegas.  It doesn’t get easier, you just stop caring.  Not in a bad way, just in that you finally realize 90% of the stuff that pisses you off is absolutely not worth the time or energy getting upset about.

No, my late best friend made that mistake, TWICE.  I did both of those divorces.  He had one other marriage.  It also ended in divorce.

My Vegas thing was a love hate deal.  We got married.  We had a fight during the honeymoon.  We returned to Texas on separate flights, and got an annulment. We are friendly now.  We were just young and stupid.  It was for the best.

Being a complete numbnuts about deer hunting I'm curious to know why leaving it there would be unethical and illegal.  Wouldn't other forest scavengers benefit?
