Went fishing on Lake Erie at 6am this morning.   We were out for an hour and a half, I caught three Walleye and a customer of mine caught two.   My co-worker and our other customer was shut out.

What ruined my day?   The seas got rough within 90 minutes of us dropping our lines in the water.   The charter captain cancelled the trip.   It was pretty rocky out there.    1-2 footers when we started.   4-6 footers when he called it.    Dang, this girl was on fire. I was actually singing that as I reeled in my 3rd one.   :)

It's not really ruining my day, but, I'll be off KB until Sunday night.   So I will be missing you all.  :'(

Vet Came this afternoon, and stayed around for awhile....About $750.00 dollars worth. One five year old mare tested positive for Lyme Disease, 30 days worth of medicine ....$250.00 Dollars for Doxycycline. Same five year old mare also has a abscess on the right hind foot, nothing to do about that except stall rest and soak foot every day. So she is out of training and my wallet is a whole lot lighter.

My 4 year old threw her first ever fit when I explained how I was going away on vacation and she didn't get to go.

Her fit consisted of crying and begging me not to go. It was heart breaking, but mommy has had enough of being a mommy for a while and barring legal action is going to be planting her ass on a beach soon and being pampered :roll:

Cancelled vacation. Sister and girlfriend stole the baby to go shopping. AC needs fixing on the eve of 98 degree heat for days. The dog is being annoying, wants to go to the park.  :emot_banghead:

Vet Bill came today for the horse that was hurt with an abscess and Lyme's.
I knew it was going to be high "but" the bill was for 2,200 dollars.
Oh well, Just another day on the farm.
